"Of course I do." he assured her, tugging at one of the little braids to put the brilliantly blue dyed hair beneath the surface into view. "Even with the rainbows on your head."
Melting into a grin, he started undoing the braid so he could rub the silky strands between his fingertips, then when he was done fussing with that he picked a new lock of hair on the surface to start braiding.
"I like it, actually. It's fun." he mused, his smile growing. "And not surprising...Dustin showed me some videos of your dad. He dyed his hair pink once? For real?"
